Ingrediente:

Baby spanac 30 gr
Salată red chard 30 gr
Andive 30 gr
Morcov 20 gr
Castravete 20 gr
Ceapă verde 20 gr
Ridichii roşii 20 gr
Sparanghel 20 gr
Ardei gras rosu 10 gr
Alune de pădure 10 gr
Ciuperci champignon proaspete 20 gr
Rosii Cherry 15 gr
Rosii Cherry galbene 15 gr
Sare 3 gr
Piper alb macinat 1 gr

Modalitate de preparare:

Morcovul, castravetele,ridichile si ciupercile se taie felii subtiri.
Toate ingredientele se aseaza intr-un castron, se asezoneaza cu sare si piper.
Se serveste cu sos de mustar Dijon.
Sosul de mustar se prepara din: 40 ml ulei de masline; 7 gr boabe mustar Dijon; 10 gr miere; 7,5 gr otet balsamic; 20 ml suc de portocale.
